Client Confidentiality

At Boys & Girls Aid we maintain the confidentiality of our clients. Names, contact information, and identifying information are kept private and are not shared with donors, the media, or the public.

Names, photographs, and identifying details are changed in Boys & Girls Aid literature and on this website to allow us to share the stories of children in our care, while treating their privacy with the utmost respect.

Donor Confidentiality

Boys & Girls Aid also does not share donor lists or donor information.  All donor information including names and addresses are kept confidential.  Donor names are listed in the annual report unless a donor informs us that he/she would like to remain anonymous.  All donors to Boys & Girls Aid have the right to review their information.  We use a secure website for collecting donations and there is limited access within the agency to that data.
