Special Projects and Donation Drives

Host a drive
Serve youth living in foster care by setting up a drive with friends or on your own. Collect essential items kids need such as a winter Coats, back to school supplies, or holiday gifts.

Project: Organize
Are you great at organizing? We need your help organizing arts and crafts rooms at our programs, holiday donations and so much more!

Provide Transportation

Connect with kids in foster care by transporting them home from school, to medical appointments, or to visits with their family. This is a truly impactful volunteer opportunity and allows volunteers to connect with kids one on one and provide mentorship and critical support.

Deliver or Prepare Meals

Cook and share a meal with youth in foster care. Prepare, serve and share a meal for up to 10 youth living at Seneca House, a shelter for teen girls living in foster care. Volunteers provide ingredients, make the meal (sometimes the youth like to lend a hand) and join the girls for dinner.

Ding Dong! Dinner’s here. Deliver a home cooked or purchased meal to one of Boys & Girls Aid’s incredible foster families to give them a much needed night off from cooking.

Raise Funds

Volunteering at events or hosting a fundraiser is a wonderful way to help Boys & Girls Aid build connections to last a lifetime. Fill out the form below with your ideas, and we will get back to you to see how we can help you achieve your goal.

Office & Admin Support

Office and administrative support

Have a desire to support children, and a passion and interest in organization and project oriented tasks?

Help with filing
Provide a huge help to the children our agency serves by ensuring that their case files are organized and complete.  This is critical to ensuring that no part of a child’s case falls through the cracks.

Front desk support
This is a great opportunity for volunteers to become more familiar with the day to day operations of Boys & Girls Aid. Provide help with answering the agency phone, welcoming visitors, and working on special projects.

Volunteer with us!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Boys & Girls Aid. Your involvement contributes to the positive impact being made on children who are currently living without families. Our goal as an agency is to ensure every single one of these children are connected with a family who will love and support them. As a volunteer, your time will directly lead to building a better future for children in foster care. On behalf of the entire staff at Boys & Girls Aid, thank you for your service.
