2024 Holiday Wish List
We've made our list and checked it twice — now it's your turn to make the holiday season extra special for children in foster care!
For the youth we serve, a holiday gift is more than just a present; it’s a powerful reminder that they are loved, valued, and supported by a community that believes in their future.

Diversity & Inclusion Book Drive
Representation starts with how children see the world portrayed in the books and media around them. We want our youth of all races, religious backgrounds, gender identities, abilities and cultures to feel welcomed and included.
We’re collecting books that promote diversity and inclusion to distribute to the youth in our programs. Below is a list of books we’d like to collect. You can also find them on our Amazon Wishlist. However, we encourage you to buy them from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ owned book stores, such as Third Eye Books and Bishop & Wilde.
Additionally, any books from this list would also be appreciated. Books can be delivered to our headquarters:
9320 SW Barbur Blvd.,
#200 Portland, OR 97219
Organize A Donation Drive
Interested in sharing your passion for supporting children in foster care? We are happy to assist you in organizing a donation drive. Whether it’s for socks, toys, gift cards, etc., a drive is an easy way to engage your community in a cause you care about and make a difference for children in foster care.
Children and families in foster care are heavily impacted by COVID-19. Appointments and masks are required for donation drop-offs to help us follow COVID-19 safety protocols. Out of respect for recipients we ask that any donations with known COVID-19 exposure are held for 14 days prior to donation.
Questions, ideas, or interested in donating? Contact Angie Fenske, Director of Development.
